Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: September 8, 2026

This policy applies to visitors and customers in the United States, including Delaware residents. Rynvelo does not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

1. Introduction

Rynvelo, Inc. ("Rynvelo," "we," "us," or "our") provides website redesign, hosting, optimization, and related support services. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, how we disclose it, and the choices available to you.

2. Data We Collect

Data you provide

  • Contact and business information, such as your name, work email, phone number, company, website URL, and support messages.
  • Account information used to authenticate and administer a client account.
  • Content and brand materials you submit or authorize us to use for a website demonstration or service.
  • Billing details processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

Data collected automatically

  • Basic device and request information, including IP address, browser, operating system, pages visited, timestamps, and referring URL.
  • Essential cookies and similar storage needed for security, preferences, and account sessions.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through this marketing site. Please do not place sensitive data in free-text forms.

3. How We Use Data

  • Provide demos, websites, hosting, support, and requested account features.
  • Authenticate users, process transactions, and maintain service records.
  • Respond to requests and send transactional or service communications.
  • Secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve our services.
  • Comply with law and protect rights, safety, and service integrity.

4. Disclosures and Service Providers

We may disclose relevant data to vendors that help provide hosting, content delivery, analytics, authentication, email, database, support, and payment services. Payment data may be processed by Stripe; authentication data may be processed by Google or another provider when that option is enabled. Vendors receive only the data reasonably needed for their role and are expected to safeguard it.

We may also disclose data in a business transaction, with your direction or consent, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety. Categories of recipients may include cloud and infrastructure vendors, professional advisers, payment processors, communications providers, and government authorities.

5. Sale, Targeted Advertising, and Profiling

Rynvelo does not sell personal data, process it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. If these practices change, we will update this policy and provide required opt-out methods before beginning them.

6. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including service delivery, security, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the data type, account status, contractual commitments, and applicable law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, such as encrypted connections, access controls, managed infrastructure, backups, and limited personnel access. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection.

8. U.S. State Privacy Rights

We make the rights described in this section available to all U.S. residents, including Delaware residents, subject to identity verification and exceptions permitted by law. You may request confirmation and access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, and a list of categories of third parties to which data was disclosed. You may also opt out of sale, targeted advertising, and certain profiling, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

Submit a request to ceo@rynvelo.com. We may verify your identity and authorized-agent status. We will respond within 45 days and may extend that period when permitted by law. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond to an appeal within 60 days. If an appeal is denied, Delaware residents may contact the Delaware Department of Justice at privacy@delaware.gov.

Where legally required, we honor recognized browser-based universal opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, for applicable opt-out rights. Because we do not sell data or use targeted advertising, such a signal does not currently change those practices.

9. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential storage for security, session continuity, and appearance preferences. We may use first-party or privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate site use. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business customers and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us if you believe a child submitted data.

11. Third-Party Links and International Processing

Third-party services have their own privacy practices. Data may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, subject to appropriate contractual and legal protections when required.

12. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
