How do I sign in?
Use the secure invitation sent during onboarding. Sign-in links expire for security; request another if needed.
How was my website built?
Rynvelo uses AI-assisted analysis and professional review to rebuild authorized content in a modern technical stack.
Can I review it before launch?
Yes. You receive a review link before any approved domain change.
Website & Edits
How do I request changes?
Email ceo@rynvelo.com or submit the support form with the page and requested change.
What counts as a small edit?
A small edit is normally a focused update taking about 15 minutes, such as changing hours, text, a photo, or contact details. New pages and major redesigns are quoted separately or counted as multiple edits.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The domain can stay with its registrar; launch is completed through an approved DNS change.
Billing
Are there contracts?
Standard plans are month-to-month unless a signed order states otherwise.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, and effective-date details are confirmed before the change.
What happens after cancellation?
Service continues through the paid term, then hosted services may be taken offline. Account and billing records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund eligibility is stated at checkout or in the applicable order form. Partial-month refunds are not automatic.
SEO & Reviews
How long does SEO take?
Indexing may happen within weeks, while competitive local rankings often take months. Rynvelo does not guarantee placement or traffic.
Can I control displayed reviews?
Where supported, review-display settings can be adjusted subject to platform policies and truthful presentation requirements.
Technical
Is my website secure?
Sites use HTTPS, managed hosting, access controls, and current deployment practices. No online service is risk-free.
Do you sell customer data?
No. Rynvelo does not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.
